Our newly-renovated facilities are available for hire, on a one-off or ongoing basis, around our regular programs. (Please note that none of our spaces is available continuously, because all spaces are used by the church at different times during the week).
Current rates for hire of these spaces are listed below. For non-profit events, eg. church or charity events, please enquire whether special rates may apply.
Please note: no alcohol or smoking is permitted on the premises
A key deposit is required, of $75, fully refunded when the key is safely returned.

Rates, effective from April 2017:
1. These rates are based on a per session basis, where the session rate is followed by a subsequent hourly rate for extended sessions. For example, commercial hire of the Dulcie Harris Centre will cost $40 whether it is hired for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or the full initial session of 2 hours. For each hour, or part of an hour, after the first two hours, it will cost an extra $20.
2. All rates include GST.
3. All hirers must have their own liability insurance and must present their current insurance certificate at least 24 hours before hiring begins. The Anglican Diocese of Gippsland can provide insurance cover at a minimal cost ($25/day) for personal users or not-for-profit organisations.
Dulcie Harris Centre
Hall only: Initial session 2 hours for $40, then $20 per additional hour or part of the hour.
Hall with light use of the kitchen*: Initial session 2 hours for $60, then $30 per additional hour or part of the hour.
Hall with full use of the kitchen for meal preparation: Initial session 2 hours for $80 then $40 per additional hour or part of the hour.
Well-lit hall, adjacent to kitchen, seats c.100 for seminar, c.60 for dinner. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning, sliding doors out to a deck and child-safe play area and equipment. Access to internal toilet and baby change facilities. Trestle tables and chairs available.
*Light use of the kitchen includes making and serving tea and coffee, using our cups, plates, cutlery etc; use of the dishwasher; use of the stove for reheating or keeping food warm, non-exclusive use of the refrigerator.
Full use of the kitchen for meal preparation: Initial session 2 hours for $60, then $30 per hour or part of the hour
Small commercial-style kitchen – standard refrigerator, 1.5 stove, commercial dishwasher, continuous self-serve hot water taps for tea and coffee, plenty of bench space.
Initial session 2 hours for $40, then $20 per hour or part of the hour
One long room, divides into three good-sized meeting spaces, each with separate external entrances, by means of floor to ceiling concertina doors; kitchenette at one end, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Access to external male and female toilets and baby change facilities. (Toilets do not have convenient disabled access from this space.)

Initial session 4 hours for $220, then $55 per hour or part of the hour
A pleasant space for musical concerts, eisteddfods, etc. Note that wedding and funeral ceremonies must be conducted by authorised ministers of the church. Pipe organ, stained glass windows, traditional sanctuary and pews with central aisle; seats 120, plus 40 in adjacent foyer; access to small kitchenette if required; p.a. and projector screen; wall-mounted gas heating.
Flexible Worship Area
Initial session 4 hours for $400, then $100 per hour or part of the hour
Main area seating c.200 plus overflow seating a further 40 and including kitchenette. Upholstered pews and individual seats, which can be arranged as desired; raised podium with modern lectern and communion table; p.a. system and fixed data projectors, projecting to front screen and rear wall; access to toilet, baby-change facilities, and ‘quiet’ area suitable for nursing mothers, etc. Adjacent to Dulcie Harris Hall, which can be used as further overflow, or break-out space.
Meeting Room Initial session 1 hour for $10, then $10 per hour or part of the hour
A cosy room, suitable for an interview or meeting of around 10 people. Chairs and trestle or coffee tables available; access to second adjoining room with sink and basic tea and coffee facilities, access to refrigerator in the main kitchen by request.
